Kelsey M. Smith, M.D., is a neurologist and epileptologist. She completed medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. She subsequently completed neurology residency and fellowships in epilepsy and EEG at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. She is currently an assistant professor of neurology.
