Massimo Raimondo, M.D., is a Board-certified Gastroenterologist with expertise in pancreatic diseases. He is also a Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.
Dr. Raimondo attended medical school at University of Palermo, Italy. He obtained training in Internal Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and training in Gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Dr. Raimondo's clinical practice focuses on management of patients with pancreatic diseases and evaluation and treatment of patients with difficult gastric, duodenal and colon polyps who need endoscopic mucosal resections.
His research has been focusing on endoscopic and translational approach to diagnoses early pancreatic cancer.
