Dr. Irina Todorov is a family medicine physician with additional training and board certification in integrative medicine. Her goal is to help people to live young for longer.

During the one hour consults, Dr. Todorov works with her patients to identify the root cause of the current problem and develop mutually agreed treatment plan. The personalized plan may include nutrition and physical activity optimization, referral to massage, acupuncture, health coaching or counseling.

Her professional interests are in preventing and reversing chronic medical conditions like heart diseases, diabetes, metabolic syndrome by modifying the major modifiable risk factors: physical inactivity, poor nutrition, smoking and excessive alcohol use.
