As the Mayo Clinic global consulting executive director, Andrea Cohen leads client engagement and strategy. She works with clients to understand their exact needs, timelines and scopes, then develops the plan of action to ensure the highest quality deliverables.
With robust experience in strategy, consulting and healthcare operations, Ms. Cohen helps clients solve complex challenges and plan and implement strategic change. She collaborates with clients to enable growth and improve performance using clinical data and technology. She has consulted closely with healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, South Africa, India and China.
Before joining Mayo Clinic, Ms. Cohen was a management consultant at the global consulting firm KPMG for more than a decade. Before that, she spent eight years with Weill Cornell Medicine, an academic medical center in New York City, where she built the capacity and infrastructure to ensure all patients had access to clinical research and services.
