Biographical summary
Eric Joseph Kim, M.D., is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist
with expertise in pediatric cornea, cataract, and glaucoma surgery, as well as
pediatric and adult strabismus. He is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology
at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.
Dr. Kim completed fellowship training in pediatric
ophthalmology and strabismus at Mayo Clinic, followed by an apprenticeship in
pediatric cornea, cataract, and glaucoma surgery at Children’s Hospital Los
Angeles. In addition to his clinical activities, he enjoys teaching medical
students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Kim also authors expert content in high-impact
scientific journals and textbooks.
