Sundried tomato pesto mayo

Tip: This pesto dresses up boring sandwiches and makes them dinner-worthy.

  1. Add 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes.
  2. Add 12 fresh basil leaves.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic.
  7. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
  9. Process for 1 to 2 minutes until well-blended.
  10. Whisk in with 2 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise.
