Biographical summary
Cara Prideaux, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rochester, Minnesota location. She specializes in care of athletes and individuals with musculoskeletal pain. Her background includes volunteer service with High School and University sports teams, and research on concussion.
Dr. Prideaux has presented on many Physical Medicine topics across the United States. Her areas of interest are centralized around athletes, athletes with disabilities, and generalized sports medicine, however she is knowledgeable on many musculoskeletal subjects. Along with her clinical practice, Dr. Prideaux is an important part of the PM&R Resident and Fellowship training program. She has been a continuous resource for one-on-one training, instructing the next generation of Physiatrists. Starting as Program Director in 2022, she is an integral part of curriculum development for the PM&R Residency Program.
