Changes in Blood Components in Patients with Ovarian Cancer Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to assemble a collection of serial plasma biospecimens from women with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer for future research projects to identify changes in levels of various plasma components that occur during the course of ovarian cancer, including changes that occur with debulking surgery, chemotherapy, disease relapse, and subsequent therapy. A Study to Compare Letrozole With or Without Paclitaxel and Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Stage II-IV Ovarian or Primary Peritoneal Cancer Albert Lea, Minn., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well letrozole, with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin, works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. A Study to Evaluate Platelet Rich Plasma to Treat Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus Jacksonville, Fla. The purposes of this study are to determine the safety and feasibility of autologous platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus, and to determine the efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus. التصفّح دراسات سريرية توجّه للصفحة 11 توجّه للصفحة 22 توجّه للصفحة 33 توجّه للصفحة 44 التاليالصفحة التالية المتخصصون في المجالات الطبية Obstetrics & Gynecology clinical-trials
