They're committed to doing research that improves diagnosis and therapies for many different conditions that affect nerves, brain and blood flow. They:

• Study potential treatments and better ways to predict risk of hemorrhage in people with arteriovenous malformations (AVMs).
• Lead international studies into brain aneurysm diagnoses and treatment techniques dating back to 1991. This research has helped specialists more reliably determine brain aneurysms needing immediate treatment.
• Examine how to individualize the treatment of people with aneurysms who are undergoing flow diversion therapy. By using advanced research methods such as next-gen sequencing, bioinformatics and computational modeling, researchers aim to improve the outcomes for people who have this treatment.
