Siddhartha Yadav, M.B.B.S., is a medical oncologist specializing in treatment of breast and gynecologic cancers. His clinical focus includes:

• Understanding key genetic alterations underlying a patient's cancer in order to identify clinical trial opportunities and leverage treatment with novel targeted therapies or immunotherapy.
• Personalized management of breast, ovarian and endometrial cancer in the presence of strong family history of cancer or germline mutations in cancer predisposition genes such as BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, ATM, CHEK2, RAD51C, RAD51D, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, etc.
• Improving identification of patients at increased risk of recurrence or progression after treatment for breast or gynecologic cancers using clinical and genomic parameters to guide appropriate surveillance and risk-reduction strategies.
• Empowering patients to becoming partners in managing their cancer by equipping them with the necessary information required for shared-decision making.
• Multidisciplinary approach to management of cancer through involvement of multiple medical and surgical specialties, dietitians, genetic counselors, sexual health specialists, survivorship experts, palliative care specialists and social workers based on a patient's needs.
• Specialized management of Male Breast Cancer.

In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Yadav is active in research and education. He is an Assistant Professor of Oncology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and has authored more than 50 scientific articles and expert contents in high-impact journals.
