Jeffrey R. Weatherhead, M.D.

Jeffery Weatherhead, M.D., is a Pediatric Intensivist in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Mayo Clinic Children's Center in Rochester, Minnesota.

In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Weatherhead is the Education Chair in the PICU which has involved creating a curriculum for Pediatrics Residents focusing on clinical education through didactics, bedside teaching and clinical simulation. He is also co-director of the Pediatrics Resident Simulation curriculum. His research interests include Pediatric Delirium, Simulation, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
