Biographical summary
Dr. Sarayna McGuire is a practicing physician in both Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medicine, and is active in education, clinical medicine, and research.
She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as a military police officer, which has led to interests in tactical medicine, mitigating workplace violence, and improving integrated system collaboration, such as between the prehospital and hospital environments.
An assistant professor at the Mayo Clinic, she is completing a Postdoctoral Masters in Research while continually working to improve communication and safety throughout all facets of healthcare through research and quality improvement.
