Aaron B. Klassen, M.D., M.A.

Aaron Klassen, M.D., M.A. is an Emergency Physician and EMS Physician. Dr. Klassen primarily practices in the Emergency Department at St Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN, but also works in several Mayo Clinic Health System emergency departments in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He also provides Emergency Telemedicine support to emergency physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants working in many emergency departments in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

As an EMS Physician, Dr. Klassen works as a medical director for several ambulance services, fire departments and other first responders in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is also one of several EMS Physicians who respond to emergencies alongside paramedics, EMTs, firefighters and police officers as part of Mayo Clinic's Physician Field Response Program.
