Stella X. Chen, M.D.

Stella Chen, M.D., is a dermatologist specializing in general and complex medical dermatology, including hidradenitis suppurativa, psoriasis, and autoimmune connective tissue disorders. She is also passionate about dermatologic manifestations in diverse skin types and enhancing dermatology accessibility.

Dr. Chen attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. During this time, she also conducted basic science research after being accepted as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute medical fellow. She subsequently completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine — Phoenix. She completed her dermatology residency at the Harvard Dermatology Residency Program, where she was appointed Chief Resident.
