Ahmad Al-Huniti, M.D., is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist with an interest in hemostasis and thrombosis. His clinical focus includes:
- Expertise in managing bleeding and clotting disorders in children, such as hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, platelet disorders, rare factor deficiencies, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and anticoagulation management.
- Special interest in mental health in children with bleeding disorders
- Implementing quality of life measurement in clinical practice
- Management of vascular anomalies
In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Al-Huniti is involved in medical education and mentorship to students, residents, and fellows. Also, he is passionate about advancing pediatric hematology research.
