Jennifer I. Stern, M.D., is a neurologist and headache specialist at Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Stern received her M.D. from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She also completed her internship, neurology residency, and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Northwestern. She is board certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Headache Medicine.

Dr. Stern cares for patients with headaches, facial pain, and other neurologic disorders. Her research focuses on pharmacologic therapies and healthcare delivery practices for patients with headache disorders. In addition, she collaborates with colleagues in endocrinology to investigate molecular mechanisms of skeletal muscle atrophy and weakness.
