The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of APG-2575 as well as dose escalation and dose expansion stages. Dose Escalation Study of mRNA-2752 for Intratumoral Injection to Participants in Advanced Malignancies Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of escalating intratumoral doses of mRNA-2752 in participants with relapsed/refractory solid tumor malignancies or lymphoma. A Study to Evaluate Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Surgery and Pituitary Surgery Quality of Life Rochester, Minn. The objectives of this study are to: Measure the short and long-term overall and nasal-specific quality of life (QOL) impact of patients undergoing Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Surgery (EESBS) for pituitary and sellar lesions. Determine the relative difference in QOL impact of EESBS for patients undergoing surgery for functional and nonfunctional pituitary adenomas. Generate baseline data to development and validate a site-specific endoscopic-specific comprehensive QOL for EESBS. Particular tumors of interest include pituitary tumors, Rathke’s cleft cysts, craniopharyngiomas, clival chordomas and chondrosarcomas. Specific QOL aims focus on olfaction (sense of smell), gustation (sense of taste) and nasal function. SC Versus IV Isatuximab in Combination With Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone in RRMM Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy non-inferiority between isatuximab SC and isatuximab IV in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone (Pd), and to demonstrate the pharmacokinetic (PK) non-inferiority between isatuximab SC and isatuximab IV in combination with Pd. CD19-Directed CAR-T Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Malignancies Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the side effects of the CAR-T therapy called IC19/1563 and what dose of IC19/1563 is safe for patients. The therapy, IC19/1563, uses some of the patients own immune cells, called T cells, to kill cancer. T cells fight infections and, in some cases, can also kill cancer cells. In this study, some of the patient's T cells will be removed from their blood. In the laboratory, we will put a new gene into the T cells. This gene allows the T cells to recognize and possibly treat the cancer. The new modified T cells are called the IC19/1563 treatment. The dose of IC19/1563 will depend on when the patient is enrolled on to the study. A Study to Analyze NMS-03305293 and Temozolomide in Adult Patients with Recurrent Glioblastoma Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The objectives of this study are to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of NMS-03305293 in combination with temozolomide (TMZ) in patients with diffuse gliomas at first relapse (Phase I), and to determine the antitumor effectiveness of the combination of NMS-03305293 and TMZ in patients with isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wild type glioblastoma at first relapse as measured by the 6-month Progression Free Survival (PFS) rate (Phase II). A Study of Biomarkers to Predict Cancer Therapy-related Cardiotoxicity Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The primary purpose of this study is to collect Biospecimens from patients who developed chemotherapy related cardiac toxicity (CRCT) and patients who are at a high risk for developing CRCT identified prior to the onset of therapy. A Study to Evaluate the Combination of Selinexor with Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone +/- Carfilzomib to Treat Patients with Refractory Multiple Myeloma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate selinexor combined with carfilzomib, pomalidomide and dexamethasone or pomalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Anti-tumor Activity of WSD0922-FU Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of WSD0922-FU in subjects with recurrent glioblastoma, IDH wildtype (GBM), anaplastic astrocytoma, IDH wildtype (AA) and CNS metastases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). DNA Methylation in Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate: Tissue Validation of Biomarkers and Pilot Testing in Blood Rochester, Minn. The study will be performed in two phases: Phase I will be performed for biologic validation of marker candidates from a discovery cohort and phase II will be performed to evaluate the discrimination (sensitivity/specificity) of best candidate markers when assayed from blood of cases with CAP and controls without history of cancer.
