1. Low Dose Aspirin for the Prevention of Postpartum Related Breast Cancer

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to test whether a short course of aspirin can change the markers of inflammation in patients who have a benign finding within five years of their last pregnancy, and possibly reduce their risk of future breast cancer.

2. Actinium Therapy For Late-stage Aggressive Sarcomas

   Rochester, Minn.

   The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety of drug \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 and the diagnostic imaging agent \[Cu64\]LNTH-1363S. Additionally Ratio Therapeutics will learn if \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 drug is effective in treating advanced sarcoma.
   
   The main questions the study aims to answer in Phase/Part 1 of the trial are:
   
   * Is \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 tolerable or does it cause toxicities (medical problems) in patients.
   * What is the most tolerable dose of \[Ac225\]RTX-2358
   * Does the treatment show effectiveness on advanced sarcoma
   
   Participants will:
   
   * Take drug \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 once every 8 weeks (4 cycle target; 6 cycle maximum) over a period of 12 months
   * Visit the clinic three times for the first week of cycle one, then once a week for the remaining 7 weeks of cycle 1 for check-ups and tests.
   * For cycles 2-6: patient will visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for checkups and tests
   * Remain in long term follow-up for a period of four additional years

3. A Study of Navicixizumab Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients With Select Advanced Solid Tumors

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to investigate the antitumor activity of navicixizumab monotherapy or in combination with paclitaxel or irinotecan in patients with advanced solid tumors including:

   • Cohort A: Colorectal cancer (CRC);
   • Cohort B: Gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer;
   • Cohort C: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC);
   • Cohort D: Platinum-resistant/refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (ovarian cancer).

4. Testing the Addition of MEDI4736 (Durvalumab) to Chemotherapy Before Surgery for Patients With High-Grade Upper Urinary Tract Cancer

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of adding durvalumab to chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone before surgery in treating patients with upper urinary tract cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, and gemcitabine work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Durvalumab in combination with chemotherapy before surgery may enhance the shrinking of the tumor compared to chemotherapy alone.

5. A Registry Called Every Child for Collecting Data and Biology Specimens on Younger Patients with Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this registry called Every Child, is to collect data and biospecimens from multiple body sources for younger patients with cancer over time. Gathering health information over time from younger patients with cancer may help doctors find better methods of treatment and on-going care.

6. A Registry Study for the Long-Term Outcomes of Radiation Therapy

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this long term registry study is to collect and analyze information from patients being treated with various forms of radiation therapy to improve the treatment of future patients.

7. Grief Among Older Adult Family Caregivers

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the trajectory of loss and grief over 12 months, the risk factors associated with high levels of pre-loss grief, and the preliminary effectiveness of ART for treatment of high levels of pre-loss grief among family caregivers (FCG) of persons nearing the end of life.

8. Upifitamab Rilsodotin Maintenance in Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (UP-NEXT)

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   UP-NEXT is a double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled study of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) XMT-1536 (upifitamab rilsodotin) administered as an intravenous infusion for patients once every four weeks. Patients with recurrent, platinum-sensitive high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) including fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer expressing high levels of NaPi2b.

9. Evaluating Intestinal Microbiome and Immune Function in Lymphoma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to examine the microbiome and immune function in patients with active lymphoma, and in patients with a history of lymphoma who are in clinical remission.

10. Dietary and Topical Magnesium Replacement or Supplementation in Patients with Lymphoma

    Rochester, Minn.

    The purpose of this research study is to find out if being on a magnesium rich diet and using a magnesium lotion on the skin will help to keep the magnesium blood level in a normal range or increase the magnesium level if it is slightly below the normal range or in the low end of the normal range. We also want to learn about the side effects and quality of life when patients are receiving different forms of magnesium.  

    Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion is an over-the-counter lotion that can be bought at a drug store or on the internet. The use of this lotion is considered investigational since it hasn’t been studied in lymphoma cancer patients with low magnesium levels before; however, the FDA is allowing us to use this lotion in this research study.
