Biographical summary
Jason R. Young, M.D., is a radiologist focused on helping people by providing reliable, high-quality medical imaging and procedures. Dr. Young has extensive education and experience in medical imaging. He was Chief Radiology Resident at Maricopa Medical Center, a level-one trauma center in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. For several years, he contributed to educating University of Arizona medical students with anatomy and medical imaging workshops. During his post-doctoral fellowship in Nuclear Radiology at Mayo Clinic he researched one of the first clinical PET/MRI scanners and led the largest FDG PET/CT imaging study on patients with Erdheim-Chester disease. Dr. Young is an invited speaker on optimizing radiology teamwork.
