Biographical summary
Matthew T. Stib, M.D., is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with cardiothoracic imaging fellowship training. He is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
Dr. Stib attended medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. He completed a transitional year internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and then a diagnostic residency at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital. Dr. Stib obtained additional training in cardiothoracic imaging and intervention at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
Dr. Stib's clinical practice focuses on cardiothoracic imaging including lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease. His research interests are developing and implementing artificial intelligence in the realm of medical imaging.
