Sahil Gupta, M.D., is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Department of Pain Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Gupta has obtained his medical degree at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed a residency in Neurology at University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Dr. Gupta is board certified in Neurology with subspecialty in Pain Medicine. Dr. Gupta is involved in all aspects of multidisciplinary pain management with multiple publications in various aspects of pain medicine. His clinical focus includes neuromodulation procedures including spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation as well as targeted drug delivery.
In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Gupta is active in clinical research in areas of spinal cord stimulation, targeted drug delivery and cancer pain.
