Blueberry lavender lemonade

Serves 16

Tip: Measure lavender carefully, and buy fresh lemon juice — not from concentrate — or squeeze about 10 large lemons.

  1. Boil 2 cups water.
  2. Add 16 ounces blueberries.
  3. Add 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers.
  5. Boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Strain over pitcher of ice.
  7. Add 1 cup lemon juice.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons Splenda sweetener.
  9. Add cold water.
