Dr. Laughlin-Tommaso completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. She provides care for women with benign gynecologic conditions and is jointly appointed in Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Surgery. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical expertise includes:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids
  • Management of abnormal uterine bleeding
  • Surgical removal of uterine fibroids, uterine polyps, and ovarian cysts
  • Evaluation and management of chronic pelvic pain

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Laughlin-Tommaso is active in research and education, training residents and fellows. She is the Associate Dean for Education Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
