You can use this secure app to access up-to-date health information, such as test results. You can also complete questionnaires, review educational materials, and request comfort items on your smartphone. Of course, your healthcare team will always be available to answer your questions.
Who can use the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app?
If you are 18 years or older and have a smartphone, you can use the free Bedside at Mayo Clinic app during your hospital stay. If you do not have a smartphone, ask your healthcare team how to access information about your care.
Download the app
- Use your smartphone to go to the Android or iOS app store.
- Download the app.
- Enter the username and password that you currently use for your Mayo Clinic Patient Portal account. If you have forgotten your username or password, or you do not have a Mayo Clinic Patient Portal account, follow the prompts within the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app to update or create your username and password. Once created, your username and password can be used for both the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app and Mayo Clinic Patient Portal.
