You can use this secure app to access up-to-date health information, such as test results. You also can complete questionnaires, review educational materials, and request comfort items on your smartphone.
Download the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app
Patients 18 years of age or older can download the free Bedside at Mayo Clinic app on their smartphones for use during a hospital stay. If you have already downloaded the app, you do not have to download it again. If you do not have a smartphone, ask your healthcare team how to access information about your care during your hospital stay.
To download the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app:
- Visit the Android or iOS app store on your smartphone.
- Search for the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app.
- Download the app.
- Enter your username and password for your Mayo Clinic Patient Portal account.*
- Click the tabs in the app to find personalized information to support your care during your hospital stay.
*If you do not have a patient portal account, you can create one or call Mayo Clinic Customer Assistance at 877-858-0398, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central time. Once you create your patient portal account, log in to the Bedside at Mayo Clinic app with your patient portal username and password.
