Vemurafenib and cobimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving vemurafenib, cobimetinib, and atezolizumab may work better in treating high-risk stage III melanoma. A third cohort of patients (Arm C) will receive tiragolumab and atezolizumab for neoadjuvant therapy, and atezolizumab alone for adjuvant therapy.
