Clinical Trials 下面列出了当前开展的临床试验。550 研究 Cancer (仅限开放研究). 根据地点、状态和其他条件对此研究列表进行过滤。 Ado-trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1)-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy in HER2-positive Breast Cancer Patients Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate the patient-reported outcomes data of T-DM1 induced peripheral neuropathy like prior research focused on paclitaxel-, paclitaxel/CBDCA-, oxaliplatin-, and cisplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy, to better understand the similarities and differences of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) symptoms caused by different agents, their pathogenesis, and impacts. Chemotherapy With or Without Immunotherapy for Peritoneal Mesothelioma Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this trial is to compare the usual treatment alone to using immunotherapy (atezolizumab) plus the usual treatment in treating patients with peritoneal mesothelioma. The usual treatment consists of surgery or chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving atezolizumab with usual treatment may work better than usual treatment alone. A Study to Detect Cancers Through Elective Plasma-based CancerSEEK Testing Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., La Crosse, Wis., Eau Claire, Wis., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Albert Lea, Minn. The purpose of this study is to obtain clinically characterized, whole blood specimens from participants with new or suspected diagnosis of (cancer subjects) and from participants who do not have a diagnosis of cancer (healthy subjects) to develop and refine assays for cancer in the blood The primary objective of this study is to obtain clinically characterized, whole blood specimens from cancer and healthy subjects to develop and refine assays for cancer in the blood. Understanding the Relationship Between Benign Breast Tissue, Benign Breast Disease, and Breast Cancer Development Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to culture human mammary cells to identify cellular characteristics associated with lobular involution status. A Global Study to Assess the Effects of MEDI4736, Given as Monotherapy or in Combination With Tremelimumab Determined by PD-L1 Expression Versus Standard of Care in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This study is a Phase III, randomised, open label, multi-centre study assessing the efficacy and safety of MEDI4736 versus Standard of Care in NSCLC patients with PD-L1 positive tumours and the combination of MEDI4736 plus tremelimumab (MEDI4736+treme) versus Standard of Care in NSCLC patients with PD-L1-negative tumours in the treatment of male and female patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC (Stage IIIB-IV), who have received at least 2 prior systemic treatment regimens including 1 platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for NSCLC. Patients with known EGFR (Epidermal growth factor receptor) tyrosine kinase (TK) activating mutations and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) rearrangements are not eligible for the study (prospective testing is not planned within this study). The Standard of Care options are: an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (erlotinib [TARCEVA®]), gemcitabine or vinorelbine (NAVELBINE®). Pre-op Pembro + Radiation Therapy in Breast Cancer (P-RAD) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this trilal is to study a combination of neoadjuvant radiotherapy (RT), immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) and chemotherapy for lymph node-positive, triple negative (TN) or hormone receptor positive/HER2-negative breast cancer. A Registry to Collect Patient and Family DNA and Information for Anyone who has had Multiplex Testing and Gene Mutation Results Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to collect patient and family DNA and disease data to learn more about how changes in certain genes may be linked to cancer. Some people with cancer may have aquired their disease because they inherited an abnormal (mutated) gene. The researchers of this study want to better understand the risks that are linked to genetic changes in these less well-studied genes. By understanding these risks, it is believed that doctors will be able to give better advice to families with mutations in these genes. A Study to Evaluate Exemestane in Post-Menopausal Women with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Albert Lea, Minn., Mankato, Minn. This study is being conducted to see if adding Exemestane to the immune checkpoint blockade can slow disease progression in post-menopausal women with non-small cell lung cancer. Reduced Craniospinal Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy in Treating Younger Patients With Newly Diagnosed WNT-Driven Medulloblastoma Rochester, Minn. This phase II trial studies how well reduced doses of radiation therapy to the brain and spine (craniospinal) and chemotherapy work in treating patients with newly diagnosed type of brain tumor called WNT)/Wingless (WNT)-driven medulloblastoma. Recent studies using chemotherapy and radiation therapy have been shown to be effective in treating patients with WNT-driven medulloblastoma. However, there is a concern about the late side effects of treatment, such as learning difficulties, lower amounts of hormones, or other problems in performing daily activities. Radiotherapy uses high-energy radiation from x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide and lomustine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving reduced craniospinal radiation therapy and chemotherapy may kill tumor cells and may also reduce the late side effects of treatment. A Study of ONO-7475 in Patients With Acute Leukemias Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of ONO-7475 monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia or relapsed or refractory myelodysplastic syndromes, and to assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary effectiveness of the combination of ONO-7475 and venetoclax in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
