The purpose of this registry called Every Child, is to collect data and biospecimens from multiple body sources for younger patients with cancer over time. Gathering health information over time from younger patients with cancer may help doctors find better methods of treatment and on-going care. A Study of Nivolumab and Multi-fraction Stereotactic Radiosurgery with or without Ipilimumab in Treating Participants with Recurrent Grade II-III Meningioma Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the side effects and best dose of nivolumab when given together with multi-fraction stereotactic radiosurgery and to see how well they work with or without ipilimumab in treating participants with grade II-III meningioma that has come back. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Stereotactic radiosurgery is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers a single, high dose of radiation directly to the tumor and may cause less damage to normal tissue. It is not yet known whether giving nivolumab and multi-fraction stereotactic radiosurgery with or without ipilimumab may work better in treating participants with grade II-III meningioma. I-SPY TRIAL: Neoadjuvant and Personalized Adaptive Novel Agents to Treat Breast Cancer (I-SPY) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to further advance the ability to practice personalized medicine by learning which new drug agents are most effective with which types of breast cancer tumors and by learning more about which early indicators of response (tumor analysis prior to surgery via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images along with tissue and blood samples) are predictors of treatment success. Testing the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, ASTX727, to Chemotherapy (Paclitaxel) and Immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab) for Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to test the safety, side effects, and best dose of ASTX727 when given together with paclitaxel and pembrolizumab in patients with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Evaluating Intestinal Microbiome and Immune Function in Lymphoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to examine the microbiome and immune function in patients with active lymphoma, and in patients with a history of lymphoma who are in clinical remission. A Study of Intratumoral Injection of Dendritic Cells after High-Dose Conformal External Beam Radiotherapy in Patients with Unresectable Liver Cancer Rochester, Minn. Group 1: The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an autologous dendritic cells (DC) vaccine delivered by intra-tumoral injection in patients with primary liver cancer treated with high-dose conformal external beam radiotherapy (EBRT). Group 2: The primary purpose of this study is to estimate the progression-free survival rate at 2 years post-registration to see if treatment is efficacious compared to historical data Blood-Brain Barrier Disruption (BBBD) for Liquid Biopsy in Subjects With GlioBlastoma Brain Tumors Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of using Exablate Model 4000 Type-2.0/2.1 in adults with Glioblastoma brain tumors to increase temporarily the permeability of the blood brain barrier, allowing increased passage of circulating free DNA (cfDNA) for sampling and analysis. Metastatic Tumor Research and Outcomes Network Rochester, Minn. The registry aims to collect patient information such as patient demographics, co-morbidities, clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic data, as well as information on adverse events and HRQOL outcomes specific for patients with metastatic spine tumor(s). NL-201 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety of NL-201 when given intravenously as monotherapy in patients with advanced cancer to evaluate tolerability and to identify a recommended dose and schedule for further testing. A Registry for the Collection of Biological and Clinical Data for Studies of Immune System Related Blood Disorders Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to develop and maintain a registry of clinical data and biological specimens from patients with immune system related blood disorders, for use in future studies of disease source, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
