减重可以减少对降压药的需求吗?

如果超重,即使仅仅减掉 2.3 公斤(5 磅)也能降低血压。体重减少越多,血压下降就越多。如果减重成功,也许可以减少降压药的剂量,甚至完全停用降压药。但是,切勿自行更改降压药剂量。请先咨询医务人员。
切记,高血压并非治疗一次后就可以抛之脑后的病症。即便获准停用降压药,仍请务必保持健康的生活习惯。方法如下:
- 多吃富含蔬菜、水果和全谷物以及含有较低盐、反式脂肪和饱和脂肪的健康饮食。
- 控制体重。
- 每天进行至少 30 分钟中度强度的身体活动。
- 避免或限制饮酒。
- 戒烟。
- 尽量保证每天 7 到 9 小时的睡眠。
- 定期进行健康检查,以监测血压、胆固醇和糖尿病。
