The primary aim of this study is to establish the practicality of using two novel imaging modalities for the assessment of biomechanical properties of the aorta. A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of the GORE® TAG® Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis for Treating Lesions of the Aortic Arch and Chest Aorta Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the GORE® TAG® Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis is safe and effective in treating lesions of the aortic arch and descending, chest area aorta. A Natural History Observation and Registry Study of Macular Telangiectasia Type 2: The MacTel Study Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to develop a Registry of participants with MacTel Type 2 (as confirmed by the Reading Center) who may agree to be contacted for inclusion in future clinical trials. The Registry participants include new participants and participants from the NHO, Genetic I and Genetics II studies who agree to continue to participate. The second objective is to continue to identify whether there is a genetic link associated with MacTel Type 2. All participants who have not previously provided a blood sample will be given the option to provide a blood sample for genetic sequencing. A Study to Evaluate Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Reducing Anastomotic Stenosis Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is evaluate the safety of allogeneic adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell (AMSC) use during hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula and arterial bypass creation and its effectiveness on improving access maturation and primary anastomotic patency. Retrospective and Prospective Lymphedema Database Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study will be collection of standard and routinely obtained data specifically in the preoperative evaluation; operative room, postoperative/hospitalization period, and long term follow from the electronic medical record. Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection: Case Review Rochester, Minn. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is uncommon but important cause of acute coronary syndrome and sudden cardiac death. There is very little data exists in regards to patient clinical characteristics, risk factors, treatment and outcomes. Our objective is to prospectively assess long term outcomes. CT Angiography of the Aorta following Fenestrated Branched Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (F-BEVAR) using Tube Potential Selection and Weight-based Method: Effects on Image Quality and Radiation Dose Rochester, Minn. The objective of this study is to evaluate the image quality and radiation dose of a CT angiography protocol (CTA) using tube potential selection and weight-based method. The "Virtual" Multicenter Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) Registry Rochester, Minn. The primary goal of this project is to describe the clinical and physiologic characteristics of Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissections (SCAD) in order to increase awareness, understanding, treatment and prevention of a potentially fatal cardiovascular event. This study will be a retrospective and prospective review of medical course and current health of men and women with SCAD. A Study of Using Mesenchymal Stem Cells Developed from the Patients Own Fat Tissue for Reducing Hemodialysis Arteriovenous Fistula Failure Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine the success of mesenchymal stem cells, developed from the patient's own fat tissue, for reducing hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula failure when applied during the time of surgical creation. Analysis of the Cardiac, Aorta and Carotid Artery Walls for Hemodynamic Monitoring in the Intensive Care Unit Jacksonville, Fla. The primary aim of this study is to determine if biomechanical properties of cardiac and large arterial walls measured by ultrasound-based novel imaging technology correlate with hemodynamic parameters measured by other tools in the ICU.
