A Registry to Follow Long-Term Outcomes for Mother and Child Pairs After Fetal Surgery for Spina Bifida Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to form a registry of data on the long term physical and mental health outcomes of the mother and child following fetal surgical repair for spina bifida. A Study to Develop a Biorepository of Blood Samples from Cancer Patients Participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) Protocol Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a biorepository of blood samples from cancer patients participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) protocol. These samples will be used for future biomarker discovery and other translational studies. Gynecologic Extramammary Paget's Disease Rochester, Minn. In addition to evaluating treatment outcomes, tissue samples and swabs will be collected as part of this study to allow physicians to better understand Extramammary Paget's Disease (EMPD). The researchers also want to learn more about the microorganisms (microbiome) that live on or near the areas of skin affected by EMPD, in order to better understand this condition. A Study to Evaluate the Incidence and Psychological Impact of Vaginal Cuff Dehiscence After Different Types of Hysterectomy Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to compare the incidence of cuff dehiscence in patients who have undergone total robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy vs. total vaginal hysterectomy, to identify risk factors for cuff dehiscence, and to study the impact of cuff dehiscence on a patient’s psychological well-being. Phase 2 Trial of Voyager V1 in Combination With Cemiplimab in Cancer Patients Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with Cemiplimab. The study will concurrently enroll patients with four distinct advanced malignancies in 5 separate tumor cohorts.
