Biographical summary
Mark Sugi, M.D., is a board-certified radiologist with expertise in gynecologic and genitourinary imaging. He is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Department of Radiology, Mayo Clinic, Arizona.
Dr. Sugi attended medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He obtained training in diagnostic radiology as a resident at the Mayo Clinic Arizona and subsequently completed a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging & Ultrasound at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he stayed on as faculty and served as associate fellowship program director before returning to Mayo Clinic Arizona.
Dr. Sugi's research interests include MRI characterization and staging of gynecologic, renal, and urothelial malignancy; MRI and US evaluation of deeply infiltrative endometriosis; and abdominal imaging in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT).
