Ahmad Nassr, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with an expertise in Spinal Surgery. He is also a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Dr. Nassr graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then attended medical school at University of Pennsylvania. He obtained training in orthopedic surgery at Rush University Medical Center and subspecialty training in spinal surgery at University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Nassr's clinical practice focuses on the treatment of patients with spinal disorders. His research interests include: Cervical spine pathology, motion preservation surgery, and osteoporosis treatment in the spine.
