Chad J. Fleming, M.D., is a Vascular Interventional Radiologist. His clinical focus includes:

  • Catheter based treatment of primary and metastatic malignancy involving the liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract and bone
  • Management and intervention of conditions affecting the urinary collecting system including urinary stone disease, urinary leaks and strictures, and post-operative complications involving the genitourinary system
  • Management and intervention of benign and malignant diseases involving the bile ducts and post-operative complications of the hepatobiliary system
  • Primary and secondary interventions in the portal venous system
  • IVC filter placements and retrievals

In addition to clinical activities, Dr. Fleming is very active in education, serving as the Program Director for the Integrated and Independent DR-IR residency and VIR Fellowship at Mayo Rochester.

Dr. Fleming is the current Division Chair for Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mayo Rochester.
