Biographical summary
Ellen M. Bendel-Stenzel, M.D., is a neonatologist at Mayo Clinic Children's Center. She joined the Division of Neonatal Medicine in 2019, after 20 years in private practice, where she served as the site PI for multiple NIH funded multi-center clinical research trials, and was the neonatal lead in the creation of a fetal care program. Dr. Bendel-Stenzel participates in teleneonatology to provide consultative services to the referring community. She is passionate about the local arts community and serves on the Board of Governors for the Children's Theatre Company.
