Research

Oral and maxillofacial surgeons and orthodontists at Mayo Clinic are doing research to continually improve outcomes and success in jaw surgery. This extends from clinical outcomes research to research using the most technologically advanced virtual surgical planning software, 3D printing technology and patient-specific 3D-printed titanium implants to secure the jawbones once moved.
