Print ResearchMayo Clinic researchers are studying the use of COVID-19 convalescent plasma therapy. They are focusing on people in the hospital for COVID-19 and people with severely weakened immune systems who have COVID-19. The goal is to determine if COVID-19 convalescent plasma therapy improves the chance of recovery for people with the most severe disease. They also plan to test whether COVID-19 convalescent plasma can help keep people who are moderately sick from getting sicker. And they will test COVID-19 convalescent plasma to see if it helps prevent the need for hospitalization. Find out more about researchCOVID-19 at Mayo Clinic.
