Located in the Mayo Atrium, M Brothers is open to the public. It offers a full-service dining experience that blends seasonal ingredients with globally inspired flavors.
Our menus showcase chef-driven cuisine rooted in fresh, high-quality ingredients, featuring expertly prepared seafood, premium steaks, handcrafted pastas, and seasonal specialties that reflect a modern, globally influenced approach to dining.
- Lunch: Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Limited midday menu only (Lounge): Monday through Friday, 2 to 5 p.m.
- Dinner and cocktails: Monday through Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m.
Culinary Passport Dinner Series
In addition to lunch and dinner service, we host our signature Culinary Passport Dinner Series, a sought-after, once-per-month, four-course experience that transports guests to a different country through thoughtfully curated menus, optional wine pairings, and immersive storytelling inspired by each destination.
The M Brothers name honors the tradition of excellence established more than 150 years ago by the Mayo family — Drs. William and Charles Mayo and their father, Dr. William Worrall Mayo. Today, that legacy is carried forward by chef entrepreneurs Matthew and David Medure. Through decades of culinary experience, the Medure brothers remain committed to thoughtful innovation, exceptional hospitality, beautiful presentation and an unwavering dedication to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Zest
Zest is a gourmet grab-and-go market on the ground floor of the Cannaday Building. Pick up a quick meal from our grab-and-go wall or order a hot sandwich or flatbread pizza.

- Serves coffee, smoothies, and breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
- Convenience: our pre-made meals are ready to reheat and enjoy.

Davis Building
Bundy Kitchen + Market
Bundy Kitchen + Market strives to put the needs of the patient first by delivering a restorative experience with excellent service and fresh and wholesome offerings at an affordable price. It is located on the main floor of the Davis Building and serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
The Market also offers a variety of packaged food items, snacks and beverages available throughout the day. Mayo Clinic chefs and experts have curated these offerings using top-quality, fresh, sustainable ingredients that support the nutrition needs of Mayo Clinic patients. Dining ambassadors are available to help you select foods that meet your dietary restrictions and preferences. They also can help you navigate the space if you have limited mobility and assist with other needs.
Starbucks
Starbucks is in the first floor lobby of the Davis Building, near the parking garage. A large and inviting dining room provides a place to relax with family and friends
- Open weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Open weekends from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Starbucks lovers can get their favorite hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and pastry treats throughout the day. Cash, credit, debit, gift cards and Starbucks cards are accepted, or use the Mobile Order and Pay feature on the Starbucks app to order ahead. The company's mission is to nurture the human spirit, one person, one cup, one neighborhood at a time.
Duan Family Building
Southern Grounds
Southern Grounds is located in the Duan Family Building lobby.
Southern Grounds is a modern coffee shop where exceptional coffee meets a chef-driven, sustainable menu made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. With a warm, inviting atmosphere, it offers a comfortable place to relax, connect and recharge. True to its motto, "Gather Together," Southern Grounds is where coffee, community and conversation are always on the menu.

Mangurian Building
Woodruff Bistro
Woodruff Bistro is in the lobby of the Mangurian Building. It features a selection of fresh meals designed to support your healing and well-being.
- Breakfast: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch and afternoon snacks: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The bistro features:

Tower Market is located in the Mayo Building, 14th Floor.This location is self-service and offers a selection of coffee, other beverages and an assortment of grab-and-go items available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Vending machines are located throughout the campus.
