Mayo Clinic practices a multidisciplinary approach to assure nutritional support and management of complications for pretransplant patients. Short- and long-term patient survival for pediatric patients undergoing transplant for PSC is 100 percent at Mayo Clinic. A Living Liver Donor Program also is offered, which allows individuals to be screened as potential donors for their loved ones who are in need of a liver transplant.
