Clinical Trials Below are current clinical trials.550 studies in Cancer (open studies only). Filter this list of studies by location, status and more. Study of INBRX-109 in Conventional Chondrosarcoma Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate INBRX-109 in unresectable or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma patients. A Study About How Platelets Adhere to the Blood von Willebrand Factor in Healthy Adults Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to learn about how platelets adhere to the blood von Willebrand factor and how known clinical mutations that result in bleeding affect this process. Real-time Disease Monitoring of Metastatic Breast Cancer to Optimize Treatment Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to identify subtype-specific signatures for breast cancer using genomic positioning of plasma DNA fragments, and to validate changes in ctDNA levels as a biomarker for treatment monitoring in patients with metastatic breast cancer. Rituximab With or Without Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Minimal Residual Disease-Negative Mantle Cell Lymphoma in First Complete Remission Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving rituximab with or without stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma. A Study of Intratumoral Injection of Dendritic Cells after High-Dose Conformal External Beam Radiotherapy in Patients with Unresectable Liver Cancer Rochester, Minn. Group 1: The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an autologous dendritic cells (DC) vaccine delivered by intra-tumoral injection in patients with primary liver cancer treated with high-dose conformal external beam radiotherapy (EBRT). Group 2: The primary purpose of this study is to estimate the progression-free survival rate at 2 years post-registration to see if treatment is efficacious compared to historical data A Study to Collect Medical and Personal Histories, Blood and/or Tumor Tissue Samples from Patients Who are Long-term Survivors of Lung Cancer Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to collect medical and personal histories, blood and/or tumor tissue samples from patients who are long-term survivors of lung cancer. This study will help us to develop better ways to provide care and advice, develop better treatments to minimize long-term side effects, and improve the quality of life and outcome of lung cancer patients. This study will also help us to learn whether certain genes (inherited factors from your parents) increase the risk of developing or dying of lung cancer. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Pembrolizumab Combined with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin in High-Risk Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with BCG, compared to BCG monotherapy, in participants with HR NMIBC that is either persistent or recurrent following adequate BCG induction or that is naïve to BCG treatment. I-SPY TRIAL: Neoadjuvant and Personalized Adaptive Novel Agents to Treat Breast Cancer (I-SPY) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to further advance the ability to practice personalized medicine by learning which new drug agents are most effective with which types of breast cancer tumors and by learning more about which early indicators of response (tumor analysis prior to surgery via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images along with tissue and blood samples) are predictors of treatment success. Circulating Tumor Nucleic Acids to Monitor Treatment Response in Metastatic Melanoma Patients Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This project will investigate whether the analysis of nucleic acids circulating in the blood from tumors can allow real-time monitoring of treatment response to targeted therapy and immunotherapy for patients who have stage IV metastatic melanoma. A Study of the Health Issues of Bleeding Disorders Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to monitor and better understand the health issues of people with bleeding disorders.
