Sharon P. David, M.D.

Dr. Sharon David is a general physiatrist. She works with patients who have had a significant life event, such as cancer, stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, an amputation or any other diagnosis that has changed their life.

She helps patients with these diagnoses regain their function to live and move better. She helps them by treating spasticity, contractures, bowel or bladder issues, lymphedema, diverse types of pain (i.e. central poststroke pain, post mastectomy pain syndrome, phantom limb pain) and finding the correct prosthesis, orthotic, brace, wheelchair, or any other durable medical equipment. In addition to that, she works very closely with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to develop an individualized rehabilitation program. She helps determine the next steps in the recovery process and helps her patients to live life again.
