Side Effects

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur:

More common

  1. Bloating or swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs, or feet
  2. decrease in amount of urine
  3. noisy, rattling breathing
  4. rapid weight gain
  5. tingling of the hands or feet
  6. trouble breathing
  7. unusual weight gain or loss

Less common

  1. Pale skin
  2. unusual bleeding or bruising
  3. unusual tiredness or weakness

Rare

  1. Difficulty in swallowing
  2. fast heartbeat
  3. skin itching, rash, or redness
  4. swelling of the face, throat, or tongue

Incidence not known

  1. Dark urine
  2. loss of appetite
  3. nausea or vomiting
  4. stomach pain, severe
  5. yellow eyes or skin

Other side effects not listed may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your healthcare professional.
