A Study of 177Lu-FAP-2286 in Advanced Solid Tumors (LuMIERE) Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC. A Study to Evaluate Immune-related Biomarkers for Pathological Response in Stage II-III HER2-positive Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine vs. placebo in combination with ado-trastuzumab emtansine (TTT-DM1) in patients with stage II-III HER2+ breast cancer with residual disease post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and to evaluate the safety of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine given concurrently with T-DM1 maintenance therapy. Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) in the Detection of Endometrial Cancer and Cervical Cancer: a Phase II Clinical Study Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. Bladder Bank (a Prospective Banking Study) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to establish samples (blood and urine) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of bladder cancer A Study Evaluating the Safety, Efficacy, and Pharmacokinetics of Mosunetuzumab in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmaokinetics, and preliminary effectiveness of mosunetuzumab in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). A Phase 1 in Patients With HLA-A*0201+ and WT1+ Recurrent/Metastatic Cancers Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of Part A of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, and biological effects of CUE-102. The goal of Part B is to expand the safety and immune activity data at the RP2D identified in Part A, and to evaluate antitumor activity at this dose. Taletrectinib Phase 2 Global Study in ROS1 Positive NSCLC Rochester, Minn. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate safety and effectiveness of taletrectinib (also known as AB-106 or DS-6051b) monotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC. Testing the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, Selinexor, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Temozolomide) for Brain Tumors That Have Returned After Previous Treatment Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of phase 1 of this trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of temozolomide followed by selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma patients as determined by dose-limiting toxicities [DLTs] and the total toxicity profile. The purpose of phase 2 of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of sequentially administering temozolomide and selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma as determined by progression-free survival [PFS]. A Study of 3-D Digital Mammography to Screen Patients for Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate digital tomosynthesis (3-D) mammography and digital mammography in screening patients for breast cancer. Screening for breast cancer with tomosynthesis mammography may be superior to digital mammography for breast cancer screening and may help reduce the need for additional imaging or treatment. Rituximab, Romidepsin, and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of romidepsin and lenalidomide when combined with rituximab and to see how well this combination works in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned (recurrent) or did not respond to treatment (refractory). Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Romidepsin and lenalidomide may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving rituximab together with romidepsin and lenalidomide may be a better treatment for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The patient comes first. So the mission and research here is to advance how we can best help the patient, how to make sure the patient comes first in care. So in many ways, it's a cycle. It can start with as simple as an idea worked on in a laboratory, brought to the patient bedside, and if everything goes right — and let's say it's helpful or beneficial — then brought on as a standard approach. And I think that is one of the unique characteristics of Mayo's approach to research — that patient-centeredness — that really helps to put it in its own spotlight.
