The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of performing HIVM in patients with deep space solid tumors during standard course of surgical resection. PRevention of Acute Kidney Injury Initiated with Electronic Surveillance Enhancement Rochester, Minn. This is to define and validate an electronic surveillance tool to be able to detect acute kidney injury (AKI) automatically and alarm the clinicians when patients make the acute kidney injury criteria (defined by acute kidney injury network). Our hypothesis is that this tool (AKI sniffer) is able to detect AKI before the clinicians and also earlier intervention (applying AKI prevention bunmdle) triggered by sniffer can improve patient outcome. The purpose of this study is to evaluate selinexor combined with carfilzomib, pomalidomide and dexamethasone or pomalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. Dose Escalation Study of mRNA-2752 for Intratumoral Injection to Participants in Advanced Malignancies Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of escalating intratumoral doses of mRNA-2752 in participants with relapsed/refractory solid tumor malignancies or lymphoma. A Study Evaluating Temozolomide vs. Temozolomide and Olaparib for Advanced Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine how well the addition of olaparib to the usual treatment, temozolomide, works in treating patients with neuroendocrine cancer (pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma) that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving olaparib with temozolomide may shrink or stabilize the cancer in patients with pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma better than temozolomide alone. A Study to Evaluate Azacitidine Plus Venetoclax Induction Chemotherapy To Treat Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients for T-cell Directed Immunotherapy Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate immune profile of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients receiving Venetoclax plus Azacitidine induction chemotherapy. Duvelisib and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Stage IIB-IVB Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This phase I trial identifies the best dose, possible benefits, and/or side effects of duvelisib in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with stage IIB-IVB mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. Duvelisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving duvelisib in combination with nivolumab may work better than giving each of these drugs individually, or treating with the usual approach in patients with mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. A Study to Evaluate Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Surgery and Pituitary Surgery Quality of Life Rochester, Minn. The objectives of this study are to: Measure the short and long-term overall and nasal-specific quality of life (QOL) impact of patients undergoing Endoscopic Endonasal Skull Base Surgery (EESBS) for pituitary and sellar lesions. Determine the relative difference in QOL impact of EESBS for patients undergoing surgery for functional and nonfunctional pituitary adenomas. Generate baseline data to development and validate a site-specific endoscopic-specific comprehensive QOL for EESBS. Particular tumors of interest include pituitary tumors, Rathke’s cleft cysts, craniopharyngiomas, clival chordomas and chondrosarcomas. Specific QOL aims focus on olfaction (sense of smell), gustation (sense of taste) and nasal function.
