Clinical trials Below are current clinical trials.91 studies in Hematology (open studies only). Filter this list of studies by location, status and more. A Study of Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of APG-2575 as well as dose escalation and dose expansion stages. Cellular Immunotherapy for Viral Induced Cancer - EBV Positive Lymphomas Rochester, Minn. To investigate the efficacy of autologous Epstein-barr virus (EBV)-specific T cells for the treatment of EBV positive Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) and Post-transplant Lymphoproliferative Disease (PTLD) after failing first line treatment. A Study of Proton Radiation Divided into Fewer Doses for Low Risk Prostate Cancer Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to compare the effects (good and bad) on patients with prostate cancer by comparing the standard dose of radiation therapy (44 treatments over 8½-9 weeks) with a higher daily dose of radiation (5 treatments over 1-2 weeks) to see if the effects of the treatments are similar or better. A Study to Assess Feasibility and Benefit of a Patient-reported Outcomes Quality of Life Tool for Hematology and Medical Oncology Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and benefit of a patient-reported outcomes quality of life tool for hematology and medical oncology. Dose Escalation Study of mRNA-2752 for Intratumoral Injection to Participants in Advanced Malignancies Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of escalating intratumoral doses of mRNA-2752 in participants with relapsed/refractory solid tumor malignancies or lymphoma. A Study to Evaluate CC-96191 to Treat Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to explore the safety, tolerability and preliminary biological and clinical activity of CC-96191 as a single-agent in the setting of Relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML). The dose escalation (Part A) of the study will explore escalating intravenous doses of CC-96191 to estimate the MTD and/or RP2D of CC-96191 as monotherapy. The expansion (Part B), will further evaluate the safety and effectiveness of CC-96191 administered at or below the MTD in one or more expansion cohorts in order to determine the RP2D. CD19-Directed CAR-T Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Malignancies Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the side effects of the CAR-T therapy called IC19/1563 and what dose of IC19/1563 is safe for patients. The therapy, IC19/1563, uses some of the patients own immune cells, called T cells, to kill cancer. T cells fight infections and, in some cases, can also kill cancer cells. In this study, some of the patient's T cells will be removed from their blood. In the laboratory, we will put a new gene into the T cells. This gene allows the T cells to recognize and possibly treat the cancer. The new modified T cells are called the IC19/1563 treatment. The dose of IC19/1563 will depend on when the patient is enrolled on to the study. SC Versus IV Isatuximab in Combination With Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone in RRMM Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy non-inferiority between isatuximab SC and isatuximab IV in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone (Pd), and to demonstrate the pharmacokinetic (PK) non-inferiority between isatuximab SC and isatuximab IV in combination with Pd. A Study to Evaluate the Combination of Selinexor with Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone +/- Carfilzomib to Treat Patients with Refractory Multiple Myeloma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate selinexor combined with carfilzomib, pomalidomide and dexamethasone or pomalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. A Study of Biomarkers to Predict Cancer Therapy-related Cardiotoxicity Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The primary purpose of this study is to collect Biospecimens from patients who developed chemotherapy related cardiac toxicity (CRCT) and patients who are at a high risk for developing CRCT identified prior to the onset of therapy. The patient comes first. So the mission and research here is to advance how we can best help the patient, how to make sure the patient comes first in care. So in many ways, it's a cycle. It can start with as simple as an idea worked on in a laboratory, brought to the patient bedside, and if everything goes right — and let's say it's helpful or beneficial — then brought on as a standard approach. And I think that is one of the unique characteristics of Mayo's approach to research — that patient-centeredness — that really helps to put it in its own spotlight.
