Check Symptoms using patient portal
Check Symptoms is available 24/7/365 to give you peace of mind. Maybe it's late, and you're wondering what to do and who to call about symptoms you're experiencing, such as a rash on your arm that's spreading and causing discomfort. The tool helps you with after-hours situations and symptom assessment that may not warrant a trip to Mayo Clinic Express Care or the Emergency Department.
Nurse triage line
Mayo Clinic primary care nurse triage, also known as the nurse line, offers convenient, 24/7/365 access to care from our team of registered nurses. Triage nurses can assess new or worsening symptoms, answer medical questions or determine the appropriate level of care, including self-care, in-person or video visit, or immediate medical attention.
