    24/7 Virtual Care

Primary Care On Demand provides 24/7/365 care for acute conditions through an AI-powered mobile application and video visits with Mayo Clinic clinicians. Both on-demand and scheduled visits are available for you and your family members ages three and older. This service offers a convenient and timely option whenever illness strikes—after clinic hours, in the middle of the night or over the weekend.

Primary Care On Demand is fully integrated with Mayo Clinic systems, meaning your virtual clinician can order labs and tests, refer you to your primary care clinician and several other specialists, and document visits in your electronic health record – just like clinic visits.

    4. Tap “Book your visit” and either choose a suggested common symptom or acute condition or search for symptoms.
    5. Answer symptom assessment questions.
