Biographical summary
Dayne Voelker, M.D., is an Allergist/Immunologist at Mayo Clinic Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health System. He is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and received his medical degree at University of Missouri Kansas City. He completed internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic Rochester. He then continued his training at Washington University in St. Louis where he completed Allergy/Immunology Fellowship. He is currently in practice seeing a wide array of allergic and immunologic diseases but has a special interest in mast cell disorders, drug allergy, and clinical immunology. In addition to clinical allergy and immunology practice, Dr. Voelker is currently involved in research including mast cell disorders, drug allergy, and clinical immunology. His research in mast cell disorders includes improving diagnostics in mast cell diseases, the interplay of mast cells and other physiologic processes, and new therapeutics for the treatment of mast cell disorders. His research in clinical immunology includes discovery of new biomarkers in the diagnosis and monitoring of immune deficiency. His research in drug allergy includes risk stratification and epidemiology of drug allergy.
