Bryan D. Springer, M.D., is currently Chair, Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Florida (March 2024). He previously served an attending Orthopedic Surgeon at the OrthoCarolina Hip and Knee Center in Charlotte, NC for 18 years where he was Fellowship Director and Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Atrium Musculoskeletal Institute and Section Chief of the Division of Adult Reconstruction.

Dr. Springer completed his medical education at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, residency in orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic and his Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction of the Hip and Knee at the Harvard School of Medicine/Brigham and Women's Hospital. He is a 2021 graduate of the Harvard Surgeon Leadership Program.

His clinical areas of focus are primary and revision total hip arthroplasty.
