Olga M. Petrucelli, M.D., has been a primary care physician in Internal Medicine since 1999. She joined the Division of Community Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Florida in 2008 and the Mayo Clinic 365 Concierge Medicine Program in 2015.

Dr. Petrucelli, a native of Florida, earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Barry University in Miami, FL, and a medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where she graduated first in her class. She completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals in Chicago, IL. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Petrucelli is an assistant professor in the College of Medicine at Mayo Clinic and was an associate program director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program until joining the Mayo Clinic 365 Program. These roles involved her training resident physicians at Mayo Clinic and at the University of Florida in Jacksonville where she previously practiced.

Dr. Petrucelli has served as the chair of the Clinical Competency Committee for the Internal Medicine Residency Program, as the chair of the Patient Education Committee and has been a member of several committees at Mayo's Florida campus. She was previously elected by her colleagues to serve as secretary and is currently a former president of Officers and Councilors in Florida, a group that fosters community among the medical staff and addresses policy issues. She has lectured on medical and educational topics locally and nationally and is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Physicians. She is currently a faculty member for the Communications in Health Care enterprise group that provides regular workshops to Mayo Providers on improving communication with patients.

As a physician, Dr. Petrucelli has a special interest in preventive medicine and managing care for patients with complex health problems. Dr. Petrucelli and her husband have a daughter and son. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children's numerous activities, as well as being outdoors, traveling, and water sports. She is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish.
