Biographical summary
Dawn Owen, M.D., Ph.D., is a radiation oncologist who specializes in lung cancers and GI cancers.
- Expertise in stereotatic body radiation for oligometastatic and oligoprogressive disease in all body sites including the lung, liver, spine and non-spine bony metastases
- Treatment of lung cancer
- Treatment of rare thoracic malignancies including thymoma and mesothelioma
- Treatment of gastrointestinal cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer
Dr. Owen is also active in research on various treatment modalities for early stage and locally advanced lung cancer, safe techniques for reirradiation, and liver cancers.
